A Perfect Diet to Make You Look Stunning on a Date in Less Than a Week

Nowadays everything is quite simple. Boys meet women online, girls meet men online. And all that online dating trickery helps you to fool around.

Of course, you picked the best pictures to use on your dating profile, while you actually got a few extra pounds since those photos were made.

And you are chatting with that guy for a month or two, and you thought that things would go on like that for another month or two.

But then, all of a sudden, he tells you that he would like to meet you online in a week. Of course, you are getting nervous, as you weren’t planning that everything would escalate that quickly.

While you can say that you need more time before meeting offline, but you know that it would make you look stupid. So, what are you going to do? We tell that – agree. Agree, as we have the perfect diet that would make you look stunning on a date. We know that you are going to see your online crush in less than a week, and lucky you, this diet takes only five days to make you look perfect. Check it out without a further ado. And don’t get surprised by the amount of meals, the trick of this diet is too eat less but more often.

Day 1

  • Meal 1: Oatmeal pancakes with raspberries.
  • Meal 2: One green apple and Greek yogurt
  • Meal 3: Turkey wraps
  • Meal 4: Oatmeal pancakes with a pear
  • Meal 5: Six raw almonds with 1 cup of milk
  • Meal 6: Chicken breasts with cucumbers and pepper
  • Meal 7: Hot water with lemon as a before bed snack

Day 2

  • Meal 1: Three spider bites (Mix together 1 cup old-fashioned oats, 2/3 toasted coconut flakes, 1/2 cup nut butter, 1/2 cup flaxseed meal, 1/2 cup dark chocolate cacao nibs, 1/4 agave or honey, 1 to 2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Cover and put in fridge for an hour, then roll into balls)
  • Meal 2: One cup of whole grain oats with one cup of milk and strawberries
  • Meal 3: Melon with three raw walnuts and three raw almonds
  • Meal 4: English muffin with a three-eggs omelet with baby spinach leaves
  • Meal 5: A can of tuna with purple cabbage, carrots and Dijon mustard
  • Meal 6: Two spider bites with one green apple
  • Meal 7: Red bell pepper and hot water with lemon as a before bed snack

Day 3

  • Meal 1: One green apple
  • Meal 2: Greek yogurt with one cup of blueberries and one cup of raspberries
  • Meal 3: One clementine with one hard-boiled egg
  • Meal 4: Salad of parsley and dandelion greens
  • Meal 5: One hard-boiled egg with one cup of vegetable soup
  • Meal 6: Chicken breasts with avocado slices
  • Meal 7: One fiber treat (melt 2/3 bag semi sweet chocolate chips, stir in 1 bag of fiber one cereal, add 1/4 cup craisins. Spoon one by one onto a baking tray lined with wax paper and freeze it)

Day 4

  • Meal 1: One fiber treat with a cup of coffee
  • Meal 2: One banana with a peanut butter
  • Meal 3: Oatmeal pancake with one cup of raspberries
  • Meal 4: One hard-boiled egg with one red pepper, one cucumber and one carrot
  • Meal 5: Oatmeal pancake with a grapefruit
  • Meal 6: Chicken breasts with avocado and strawberries and green salad
  • Meal 7: Hot water with a lemon juice  it can before bed snack

Day 5

  • Meal 1: One toasted bread with a low-fat peanut butter with one green apple
  • Meal 2: One banana with six raw almonds
  • Meal 3: Cheese with one red pepper
  • Meal 4: A can of tuna with purple cabbage, carrots and Dijon mustard
  • Meal 5: Oatmeal pancake with a grapefruit
  • Meal 6: One grilled tuna steak with broccoli
  • Meal 7: One cup of peppermint tea
